You will lead the operations team to enhance the brand’s market competitiveness and customer satisfaction.

Operational Strategy: Develop and implement the overall operational strategy for the Seasonings business in line with the company’s broader strategy, ensuring adaptability to market changes and customer needs. Establish a robust risk management system to identify and evaluate operational risks. 2. Market Research: Monitor industry trends and market dynamics, analyze competitors’ operational strategies, and lead the team in conducting market research and competitive analysis to formulate corresponding business development strategies. 3. Management & Optimization: Oversee the entire process management—including research and development, procurement, production, and sales—of the Seasonings products. Optimize business processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs. 4. Retail Operations: Enhance the operational efficiency of retail stores by setting sales targets and KPIs, driving the sales team to improve performance, and achieving rapid market growth. 5. Team Building: Lead and manage the operations team, foster the development of team members, and enhance their professional capabilities and work efficiency. Create a positive team atmosphere to strengthen cohesion and execution. 6. Data Analysis: Monitor operational performance through data analysis, and adjust operational strategies in a timely manner to ensure the achievement of company objectives. 7. Brand Management: Collaborate with multiple departments to build and promote the brand, enhancing its recognition, reputation, and influence. Establish a comprehensive customer service system to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, address feedback, and maintain the brand image.
任职要求 Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills 1. 本科及以上学历,市场营销、工商管理等相关专业优先。 2. 5年以上调味料或相关行业的运营管理经验。 3. 熟悉调味料行业发展趋势、生产销售流程,具备敏锐的市场洞察力和分析能力,具备较丰富的行业知识。 4. 优秀的领导能力和团队管理能力,能够激励团队并推动执行力。 5. 良好的沟通能力和跨部门协作能力,能够协调内部资源以达成目标。 6. 强大的数据分析能力和决策能力,善于利用数据驱动运营改进。 7. 自我驱动,具备高度的工作热情与责任心,能够在高压环境中保持高效执行。 1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, with a preference for candidates with a background in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields. 2. A minimum of 5 years of operations management experience in the Seasonings sector or related industries. 3. In-depth knowledge of the development trends in the Seasonings industry, as well as the production and sales processes; strong market insight and analytical skills, complemented by substantial industry knowledge. 4. Excellent leadership and team management abilities, capable of motivating the team and driving effective execution. 5. Strong communication and cross-departmental collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate internal resources to achieve targets. 6. Robust data analysis and decision-making capabilities, with a proven ability to leverage data to drive operational improvements. 7. Self-motivated with a high level of passion and a strong sense of responsibility, capable of maintaining high performance in high-pressure environments.
