The jobholder is responsible for the Process Quality Assurance for Barco’s business/operation. He/She is responsible for realizing quality and performance improvement initiatives during the product life cycle.
Key Responsibilities: - Make overall product quality control plan inprocess and execute frequent inprocess audit to ensure the production quality matches to the required specifications, standards and regulations. - Lead the quality risks/defect improvements,proactively collaborate with all internal stakeholders, analysis risks, provide advice and make sound judgement in quality acceptance. - Contribute to quality improvement programs, projects, audits. Keep continuous improvement thinking and action within Barco. - Maintain quality documents/records up-to-date. - Motivate & train the teams to be Quality oriented. - Other tasks assigned by the Quality Manager.
Education: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent by experience.
Experience: - At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the similar or related system-product industry. - Familiar with monitor product will be a plus.
