Key responsibilities: 1. Participate in establishing and improving financial management systems, formulate financial management systems, policies, and processes, and supervise their implementation: 2. Prepare manual GL journal entries, review system generated journal entries and propose adjustment if necessary. Be responsible costs, expenses, receivables, payables, etc., and reviewing whether the operating conditions reflected by each accounting work are accurate; 3. Regularly prepare financial statements and financial analysis reports, including annual, quarterly, and monthly reports, and ensure the standardization, accuracy, and timeliness of the reports. 4. Familiar with national tax policies, master tax planning skills, and coordinate tax declaration, taxation. 5. Provide support in external audits 6. Regular exchange of information with international locations/teams 7. Responsible for the archiving of accounting vouchers and other related financial paper materials.
Job requirements: 1. College degree or above, majoring in accounting, finance or a related field 2. More than 3 years’ working experience in manufacturing company 3. Good learning, communication and teamwork skills, proactive, clear thinking, strong sense of responsibility, and team spirit; 4. Proficient in MS Office, ERP system experience is preferred 5. Proficient in Spoken and written English
