Product quality engineer is responsible for the product quality during the whole product life cycle, ensure that the products meet the quality requirements of TRUMPF, and improve the quality level of the assigned products continuously.
产品质量工程师需要在整个产品生命周期中，负责产品质量，确保产品符合通快的质量要求，并持续改善所负责产品的质量水平。

工作内容：
1、Support Q-Planning in the product development projects/production transfer projects
支持新产品研发/生产转移项目中的质量计划
2、Maintain quality notifications for production, internal and external suppliers (Q3, RF). Communicate the quality issues with internal suppliers.
维护生产部以及内部外部供应商的质量通知单（Q3/RF）。和内部供应商沟通质量问题。
3、responsible for quality gate in the production to ensure that the finished products meet the quality requirements of TRUMPF.
处理生产过程中遇到的质量问题，负责产线质量门，确保产品符合通快的质量要求。
4、Deal with the product quality problems. Define and follow-up/implement corrective actions and preventive actions.
处理产品质量问题。定义并跟踪/执行整改措施和预防措施。
5、Be responsible for the quality feedback from 2nd installation and support installation engineer to solve the problems. Define the corresponding measures.
负责二次装机过程的质量反馈，支持装机工程师解决相关问题。定义相应的措施。
6、create/maintain the inspection characteristics for production process.
为生产流程创建或维护检验特性。
7、Organize regular quality meeting for assigned products. Analysis quality data and implement quality improvement projects.
组织所负责产品的周期性质量会议。分析质量数据并执行质量改善项目。
8、Maintain QM module in SAP for local components. Support R&D and SQE to test the local samples in flowline if necessary.
在SAP系统维护本地零件的质量模块。如有需要，支持研发或SQE在产线测试本地样品。
9、Be responsible to deal with the non-conformity parts.
负责处理不合格品。
10、Participate the continuous improvement process throughout the whole product life cycle (based on the technical problems reported by service department)
参与产品整个生命周期（根据售后部门的设备技术问题反馈）的持续质量改善过程
11、Comply with the safety standards and quality control system standard strictly.
严格遵守生产安全标准及质量控制系统标准。
12、Complete other tasks assigned from the direct supervisor per business requirement.
根据业务需要，完成直属经理安排的其它工作.

任职要求：
1、Bachelor degree本科学历
2、major in mechatronics or related

3、Quality and inspection control systems 质量和检验控制
4、Problem solving and quality tools 问题解决和质量工具
5、Measurement technology 测量技术
6、Fluent English is a must, German is a plus
