学历及工作经历要求Required Education and working experience ：
1． 大专以上学历，服装管理类或相关专业。
College above, majored in garment management or relative.
2． 十年以上服装生产管理工作经验，其中五年以上从事压胶类产品生产管理岗位。
More than 10+ years of working experiences in garment manufacturing management and 5+ years working on Taping garment production managerial positions
3． 具有生产精益管理经验，熟悉工厂的日常管理，包括工序管理，耗料管理和生产效率管理等
Have lean product working experience, familiar with workshop daily management include production flow management, consumption management and efficiency management etc.
4, 熟悉生产工序标准工时制定的流程和实际数据跟踪
Familiar with production standard IE minutes and actual output follow-up
5. 熟悉压胶类产品生产质量管理重点，精通CAD制版更佳。
Familiar with key points in taped garment production quality control. CAD ability as plus.
6．善于沟通，有责任心，善于学习和团队合作精神
Be good at communication, responsible, willing to learning and team working spirit.
7． 具有较强的组织协调能力、计划能力、指导能力、执行力；
Have good abilities of coordination, planning, coaching and execution.
8． 熟悉了解生产相关设备的管理流程，具备必要的安全管理知识和技能。
Familiar with equipment management process, Have necessary knowledge about safety.
