Responsibilities
61 Deliver correct and competitive CM quotations ‘*** time right’, even if based on technical drawing (experience required in waterproof-breathable outdoor / outerwear garments (jackets and pants) + workwear garments (jackets, pants, overalls, …)
61 Conduct analyses of existing processes, procedures, and systems + calculate ROI (Return on Investment) to identify areas for improvement and opportunities to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
61 Initiate initiatives towards operational excellence: collaborate with various technical experts including your production team to continuously push an increasingly efficiency-driven approach throughout all work processes E2E (End to End) and improve efficiency, productivity and profitability of the factory
61 Follow closely developments in technology and collaborate with our international team in China such as technicians, product developers, and innovation to determine the applicability of new technology in both product and processes
61 Define SMART KPI’s for all production departments and always strive to deliver ‘in time in full and *** time right’. Achieve the plant targets, high efficiency of machine lines and production / quality targets.
61 Successfully develop and implement the transformation process: drive the LEAN manufacturing culture within the organization to embed in our DNA and ensure the right capabilities, skills and mindset at every production stage at all times
61 Be a mentor and motivate your teams to achieve productivity and engagement.
61 Define and implement QA driven processes and guarantee the highest level of quality both in product and in process
61 Define potential risks and optimize risk management system (proactively avoid and anticipate on potential risks and problems)
61 Support intercompany communication and improve E2E transparency with our international teams in China and Belgium.

61 为所有生产部门制定具体、可衡量、可达成、相关性强、有时限的（SMART）关键绩效指标（KPI），并始终努力实现“按时、完整、一次性正确”。达成工厂目标，提高生产线的高效率以及生产和质量目标。
61 成功开发并实施转型流程：在组织内推动精益生产文化，使其融入我们的DNA，并确保在每个生产阶段始终具备正确的技能、能力和心态。
61 成为团队的导师，激励团队实现生产力和参与度。
61 定义并实施以质量保证（QA）为导向的流程，并确保产品和流程的***质量水平。
