Role Definition
Analyzes customer requirements, defines specifications for products and services, and develops quality control processes to review and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Responsibilities
61 Developing, implementing, monitoring, and optimizing quality assurance processes to ensure final products and services are compliant with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
61 Recruiting, developing, and leading staff to accomplish personal and organizational goals, adhere to policies/procedures and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
61 Communicating adherence to client requirements, product or service specifications, and ensures that their expectations are met to achieve high customer satisfaction rates.
61 Managing process to achieve compliance for internal quality audits and coordinate external on-site audits; analyzing all product development and manufacturing procedures to identify deviations from quality standards and recommend and implement corrective actions.
