Duties & Responsibilities: - Ensure quality activities fully comply with legal requirements, customer requirements, company policy/regulation, and business strategies and objectives. - Set up new products & processes with local & international teams. Plan & execute through NPI phase into mass production. Ensure the new project is finished timely with sufficient feasibility study and proper quality level. - QMS related: set annual audit plan and conduct the audits accordingly. Support internal QMS audit and 3rd party audit, follow up and verify the relative corrective actions when necessary. Support management review especially data collection. - Be responsible for the organization and follow-up of customer audits. - Communicate regarding important/urgent quality topics internally/externally. - Drive the problem solving for complicated quality issues and formal customer complaint. - Monitor and drive customer satisfaction survey and analysis. - Track and report KPI data, take actions when target is not met. - Initiate improvement continuously, search opportunities to reduce waste and increase efficiency from quality perspective. - Manage the training related to quality assurance topics, ensures training is carried out effectively. - Keep quality tasks and monitor the completion.
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree or above, background in metallurgy/mechanical/machining related major is preferred - 5-10 years in full-process quality management. - Work experience in the field of automotive metal parts is preferred, familiar with the process of quality problem identification and resolution. - IATF 16949 Internal certified auditor. Good knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO9001, VDA6.3. - Familiar with automotive quality methods and problem-solving techniques: APQP, FEMA, CP, SPC, MSA, 8D etc. - Be able to establish a quality system, which can achieve full-process management of early planning, measure execution, process monitoring and identification, problem analysis and resolution, and horizontal deployment of quality management. - Surace treatment (such as PVD, thermal spray coating etc) knowledge is preferred. - Strong communication skills. - Strong skills in problem solving. - Good teamwork spirit. - Good English for both written and verbal. - Be able to adapt to high-intensity, fast-paced work environments, maintain the correct direction in diverse collaborative relationships and multidimensional work information flows. - Be able to drive work and explore new situations in complex scenarios.
