Design and conduct a range of experiments, including but not limited to ELISA, MSD, RT-qPCR, or flow cytometry, to support pharmacokinetic analyses. 3. Address and resolve technical issues that may arise during the experimental process, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the data. 4. Promote the development of new capabilities and enhance the overall technical proficiency and performance of the team. 5. Oversee the initiation and management of projects, confirming alignment with both customer needs and organizational standards. 6. Maintain effective communication with customers, delivering prompt updates on project progress and potential challenges, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. 7. Ph.D. or postdoc in Pharmacy, Biology, or a related field. 2. 3-5 years of experience in analyzing and testing large biomolecules, including but not limited to proteins, mAb, BsAb, ADCs, etc. 3. Proficiency in at least one of the following experimental techniques: ELISA, MSD, RT-qPCR, or flow cytometry. 4. Familiarity with pharmacokinetic analysis methods and a proven ability to troubleshoot technical problems. 5. Demonstrable experience in developing new capabilities and initiating projects. 6. Excellent customer service skills with fluency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing). 7. Previous experience in promoting external capabilities, effectively showcasing the team's technical strengths. 8. Proven leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and guide the team to complete tasks efficiently.
