Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Quality Planning: Formulate and advance the company’s quality strategic plan, including long-term quality improvement plans for stamping and machining businesses, ensuring compliance with customer, market, and regulatory quality standards. 2. Quality System Management: Supervise and optimize the company’s quality management systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, etc.), adapting to the company’s growth and market demands, ensuring efficient operation and audit pass rates. 3. Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Management: Define, monitor, and analyze key quality indicators (e.g., PPM, high/low quality costs, customer complaints, FTQ), ensuring high quality standards across stamping and machining processes. 4. Customer Quality Management: Establish and manage quality interaction mechanisms with key customers, ensuring effective response to customer quality requests and complaints, enhancing customer satisfaction, and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
5. Supply Chain Quality Management: Collaborate with the supply chain department to assess and supervise the quality of key suppliers, formulate and execute supplier quality improvement plans, ensuring supply chain quality aligns with company standards. 6. Quality Culture Building: Promote a quality culture within the company, enhance overall quality awareness, and integrate quality principles into every level through training and performance management. 7. Quality Risk Assessment and Control: Identify potential quality risks, implement preventive measures and quality control means to avoid significant quality incidents and safeguard company reputation. 8. Team Development and Management: Cultivate high-potential talent in the quality department, formulate talent development plans, and guide implementation to enhance the team’s quality technical capabilities.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field; master’s degree preferred. 2. Over 15 years of quality management experience in manufacturing, with extensive knowledge in stamping and machining. In-depth understanding of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, and other quality system standards, with successful cases in large-scale project quality management. 3. Profound mastery of IATF Six Sigma manuals and quality management tools, with the ability to integrate and apply them. 4. Ability to use mathematical statistics for problem analysis and resolution, Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred. 5. Experience in leading change management, especially in enhancing organizational quality management capabilities. 6. Excellent Function-departmental communication and teamwork skills, effectively influencing and driving quality improvements within the organization. 7. Fluent in English, with experience in international clients or projects preferred.
