Job responsibility 岗位职责：
1.Be responsible for the maintenance of existing markets and new markets development and channel expanding;负责公司现有市场的维护和新市场的开发与渠道拓展；
2.Develop competencies and processes required to create an effective and efficient sales organization. Ensure effective hiring, orientation, training, development and retention of sales staff.发挥能力和流程去创建一个有效和高效的销售组织;确保有效的雇佣，定位，培训，发展和保留销售人员；
3.Maintain relationship with key OEM customers by making periodic visits, exploring specific needs and new opportunities, and communicating with the factory via written reports and teleconferencing.定期拜访OEM客户以维护好与客户的关系；探寻客户特殊需求和新的机会，通过或书面和电话等保持与客户的沟通；
4.Negotiate purchase agreements with key customers, and responsible for signing the contract within the scope of authority。与关键客户对采购协议进行谈判，并且负责在授权范围内合同的签订；
5.Take charge of VJX marcomm activities for China market. Identify new business opportunities by conducting market research, analyzing market survey, attending related domestic and oversea tradeshows and exhibitions.负责VJX中国区营销活动。通过过市场调研、参加国内外展会，确定新业务机会；
6.Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts. Manage to meet/exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.准备月度、季度和年度销售预测。管理以满足/超过月度,季度和年度销售预测。
Requirement 岗位要求：
1.Bachelor+ degree in Engineering/Science本科以上学历，理工科专业背景;
2.With at least 15 years or more of relevant work experience and experience in managing sales teams.Knowledge with X-ray, or high power industry is a plus.至少15年及以上相关工作经验，并具备销售团队管理的经历，如有X射线产品或高压电源经验者优先;
3.Excellent oral and written communication skills in Chinese and English优秀的中、英文沟通技能;
4.Exceptional negotiation skills.优秀的谈判技巧;
5.Demonstrated ability to professionally develop and coach team members.专业的发展和教练团队成员的能力;
6.Ability to build positive working relationships, both internally and externally.建立内部和外部积极工作的能力;
7.Proven business analysis and judgment with the ability to proactively manage business to meet objectives具有业务分析和判断的能力来主动管理业务;
