Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Mange the daily operations of request tickets of campus management related affairs from staff and students, including assigning tickets to internal owner, monitoring the progress of ticket replying & handling, customer feedback and system maintenance & optimization. 2. Work closely with schools/departments/internal teams for renovation projects management, including progress tracking, regular communication meeting coordination, customer feedback management, etc. 3. Act as document controller, ensure the accuracy, efficiency and traceability of information and documents, including circulation of government documents, university notice release and archiving of office policies. 4. Collection the feedback from staff and students regarding the campus management services through various channels such as Wechat mini program, conducting regular satisfaction survey. 5. Perform any other worked related tasks assigned by the line manager. Qualifications: 1. Master degree, major in English, Management or other related majors. 2. 2 years of working experience in project management or related fields is preferred. 3. Excellent written with the ability to craft clear and professional documents and oral communication skills in both English and Chinese. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). 5. Be capable of working effectively in cross-functional teams with good organizing and problem-solving skills.
