At least 5 years working experiences in hotel management, commercial promotion, fair or conference organization, previous experience in running sports and recreational programs will be a plus. 3. Excellent communication, proven ability to communicate effectively with different types of people and in cross- culture environment. 4. Excellent time management and organizational skills. 5. Excellent interpersonal skills and have the ability to build and maintain harmonious relationships with various stakeholders, and to seek out new partnerships. 6. Strong capability in data analysis and report writing; 7. Ability to adapt and work independently, and as part of project-based teams, as required 8. Project management skills with strong attention to detail. 9. Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure, able to handle multiple task simultaneously. 10. Good command of English skills, both in written and verbal skills 11. Good command of computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
Responsibilities: 1. Planning of Program and Holiday Camps (1) Design and coordinate various camps, activities, and programs during non-school days. (2) Actively review and designate instructors to teach the Program and camps with a view to ensuring high quality and reasonable fees. (3) Allocate and plan resources to ensure camps are well staffed and logistically sound. 2. Business Development (1) Actively seek out partners for collaboration and maintains these relationships on a long term basis (2) Pursue business development strategies to increase Program revenue with goal of increasing profitability (3) Entertain and conduct site inspections to relevant Companies representatives/ Government officials/ delegates whenever required. 3. Facilities Management (1) Work with other stakeholders to maintain oversight of facilities booking system and overall scheduling (2) Oversee the rental and utilization of the school's facilities and resources 4. Revenue Generation (1) Actively explore and implements strategies to increase the school's overall revenue 5. Budgets/Finance (1) Create a budget for each Program (to determine max and min participants per class). Follow budget and keep up-to-date current budget 6. Customer Service (1) Handle customer enquiries in a friendly and welcoming manner regarding the Program in person/email/phone (2) Spend time in each program on both school days and non-school days (such as weekends or public holidays) to ensure that the program are managed well (3) Establish and maintain strong relationship with the established client and constantly explores into new business opportunities 7. Safeguarding (1) Ensure that safeguarding, health and safety, and all other College policies are known, understood and embedded into practice (2) Carry out any other related tasks that may be required from time to time
