Develop and implement strategy and sales plan, develop new strategic accounts and partners, in order to drive business growth in China. Primary Duties and Responsibilities 61 Focusing on target segments, develop and execute Business Development plan. Inclusive, target segments identification, brand owners’ demand analysis, un-met demand identified, Attack plan, Value sale proposal, project/product launch, Revenue/profit generated. 61 Get into customers' product development process early on with engaging multiple stakeholders, incl. the marketing, product development, packaging development and purchasing etc. 61 Customer relationship built up and management. Build up smooth relationship with target customers’ decision makers/influencers. Leverage CVM to sell value to customer. 61 Work closely with marketing, technical support and project management team, land the business opportunities. 61 Grow with existing customers Plan and implement sales strategy for existing key customers responsible, enhance relationship with them via deploying “Diamond Model”, identify opportunity to further grow 61 Manage/collect market intelligence on competitors & customers in real time to provide reliable insight for strategic & pricing decisions by Management. 61 Coordinate with Finance department to manage sales AR and credit control. 61 Coordinate with Production department to achieve OTIF. 61 Other tasks been assigned. Required Qualifications 61 Bachelor Degree or above 61 Min.4 year’s sales experience in pharma packaging related industrial. 61 Proven track record of new business development. 61 Strong commercial sense, good interpersonal and communication skill, self-motivated. 61 Workable English skill.
