Key Responsibilities: 61 Support migration of Indirect Procurement processes from Dalian China to Suzhou and prepare Indirect Procurement related process documentation (process maps and work instructions) 61 Become a Subject Matter Expert for Indirect Procurement related topics 61 Handle and resolve escalated procurement processing issues 61 Answer and resolve suppliers, stakeholders and AP queries to ensure timely resolution 61 Maintain supplier master data information in relevant systems 61 Ensure proper processing of PR’s and PO’s 61 Perform compliance checks 61 Expedite POs 61 Answer tickets (Procurement Helpdesk) 61 Manage invoice pricing issues 61 Create, maintain Info Record & source lists 61 Spot Buy / Requisition Based Sourcing 61 Execute all procurement activities in-scope 61 Prepare and process eRFQ’s 61 Smaller Contract (value/complexity) negotiation & execution 61 Execution of Projects assigned by Commodity Management 61 Desk Research and Price Comparison 61 Supplier training on tools 61 End-user Trainings 61 Savings reporting 61 Maintain communication with suppliers, stakeholders and other Indirect Procurement members 61 Execute periodically PR/PO audit queries or upon request KPI’s measurements 61 Ensure compliance with applicable TE policies 61 Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the function, ensuring that improvements are incorporated in the work routine 61 Support robust compliance environment with applicable policies, procedures and processes 61 Build relationship with key stakeholders including suppliers 61 Support local BU owners, Function representatives or other Procurement team members to solve issues in a timely manner, 61 Build strong relationship with key stakeholders, 61 Attend team meetings and trainings as required.
Qualifications: 61 Good Experience in Indirect Procurement (5+ years) 61 Previous experience in shared service environment 61 Good of MS office; very good Excel and other relevant tools for the function 61 SAP PR2, S/4 61 Good communication skills 61 Very good English & Mandarin language skills in speech and writing 61 Diversified Industrial Products/Manufacturing industry experience preferred 61 Good command of other languages is a very important asset
