2. 工作职责描述/ Job Responsibility & Duties: (详细描述该岗位的工作职责。Describe the detailed responsibility and duties of the position.) 1) 利用其专业的技术知识来设计新产品; Design new products with their professional knowledge; 2) 通过新的设计结构，新的设想设法提高现有产品的功能和降低产品成本; Try to improve existing products’ function and reduce the cost via new structure, new conception; 3) 与其它部门合作来解决质量问题; Handle the quality issues with other departments; 4) 制作管理工程变更,并维护SAP 内技术文档和图纸 Compiling and manage the engineering modifications and maintains the Tech. documents and drawings in SAP 5) 按照《SCN-HSE-003 HSE组织机构和职责》规定，做好所辖区域或者所属工位的HSE管理工作，积极参加公司 HSE相关活动，配合公司HSE事项的推行。 All actions related with HSE in the responsible area should be according to rules of 《SCN-HSE-003 HSE Organization Responsibility》, Support Company to implement HSE. 6) 部门经理交代的其他任务。 Responsible for the task arranged by department’s manager.
3. 任职资质 / Job Requirement (从事该岗位必须具备的教育、知识、技能、工作经验和能力要求。Minimum levels of education, knowledge, skills and experience this job requires.) 1) 教育背景要求 Education 本科以上学历； Bachelor or above 机械设计 / 机械制造等相关专业 Majored in Mechanical Design / Machine manufacturing 2) 从业经验要求 Job experience 至少 3 年以上机械及相关工作经验 At least 3 years working experience or related background with mechanical designing 3) 专业资格要求 Professional qualification a. 能够熟练运用Autocad, Solidworks； Familiar with mechanical designing tool like Autocad, Solidworks b. 了解各种材料的属性和使用情况，热处理，加工方法以及公差等； Familiar with property of metal material and their manufacture method, heat treatment and tolerance choosing; c. 了解各种加工制造方法及其使用范围； Knowledge of manufacture method and application d. 具有独立的设计能力，了解传动方法(齿轮传动，带传动)的设计和计算； With ability of designing independently and calculation of transmissions system like gear, belt, teeth wheel..
