Key responsibilities: 1. Define strategy for Chinese Brands and NEV customers include but not limited to Chery, Geely, Aito, NIO, Li-Auto etc., establish commercial relationship with the customers, identify potential projects and ensure the success on key programs to meet company’s long term growth plan. 2. Plan and implement sales activity (customer visit, customer day, audit etc.) with the existing customers, achieve sales target and ensure the growth rate will be in line with AOP. 3. Lead the commercial negotiations with customer during the whole project lifetime, as well as the products gross margin improvement. 4. Manage RFQs with both local teams and global teams when necessary, discuss with customer for quotation and commercial contract, support technical presentation with customer. 5. Ensure on-time payment and the continuous improvement. 6. Collect market intelligence, make analysis and generate reports.
Education: University degree or above in business or in engineering.
Skills & Experience: 1. Above 8 years related experience in automotive Tier 1. 2. Experience in working with China OEMs, including Chery, Geely, Aito, NIO, Li-Auto etc., well understand the sourcing procedure. 3. Strong personal motivation and experience in successful business development. 4. Fluent in English, experience in working in multi-culture environment and dealing with global projects. 5. Working experience in elastomer is preferred. 6. Professional Knowledge/Certificates:TS16949 7. Good computer skills, fluent oral and written English. 8. Strong negotiating skills and communication ability. 9. Excellent presentation skills. 10. Excellent capability of business development. 11. The ability to travel frequently.
