Job Responsibilities:
1. Supervise the following departments:
a) Manufacturing Engineering
b) Production
c) Test Engineering
d) Material and Production Planning
e) Project Management
2. Participate in revenue/manpower/budget planning
3. Work to meet customer's expectation on quality, cost and delivery
4. Direct and team up all subordinates to work towards company objectives at different areas
5. Lead improvement to achieve " Zero Defect"
6. Organize and push all related departments to improve process yield and efficiency
7. Work with supervisors to develop long term production planning
8. Prevent & resolve problems relate to manufacturing equipment & process, testing, material & production planning, project management
9. Set up systematic operation
10. Allocate & balance resources to achieve company goals
11. Propose new idea & suggestion to top management to strengthen company's competitiveness
12. Monitor and minimize waste and increase productivity
13. To support and participate in activities of safety committee to ensure his/her department complies with the safety requirements laid down by the committee and the local government.
14. To maintain and provide a safe and health working environment for his/her subordinates by establishing and enforcing an effective preventive maintenance plan and to provide sufficient safety training.

Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or above in Engineering or related disciplines
2. About 10 years’ of work experience of which minimum 5 years in management of mass
production electronics assembly facility
3. Sound knowledge in electronics assembly, material & Production planning, purchasing and
engineering functions such as manufacturing Engineering, Product Engineering, Project
Management, Test Engineering
4. Good knowledge in quality assurance techniques and system. Past experience in driving
quality improvement programs would be an added advantage
5. Proficiency in spoken & written English is preferred
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills with all levels
7. Self-driven with strong leadership and problem-solving skills
