The Academy of Artificial Intelligence (AOA) was founded in September 2023 as the pioneering and comprehensive frontiers of innovation institute at Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University (referred to as “XJTLU”). It integrates AI chips, deep learning frameworks, algorithm models, and practical application scenarios, and is jointly established by the Suzhou Industrial Park Administrative Committee, XJTLU, and Baidu Group. The AOA aims to cultivate highly skilled and knowledgeable AI professionals with a guiding ideology of “education-oriented, industry-focused, and integration of production and education.” Its goal is to leverage the power of AI to make a positive impact on education, scientific research, industry, and society.
As a research and practice-oriented academy, we are dedicated to building an AI learning platform for talents from various fields, ranging from fundamental knowledge delivery to advanced application development. We aim to promote cross-disciplinary integration and drive technological advancements, taking a pivotal role in domestic and international industry-academia partnerships. The AOA aims to create a mutually beneficial and innovative future for all by fostering a new ecosystem integrating government, society, enterprises, industry, academia, and research resources. Our vision is to cultivate an elite group of AI professionals with global competitiveness and influence, establish a comprehensive and cutting-edge innovative academy.
Roles & Responsibilities:
This role will report to the Executive Dean of the Academy. 1. Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities within AOA's operations; 2. Analyze the AI application training market to identify the target audience and current market trends; 3. Develop strategic partnerships and collaborations with external entities, including high schools and companies to expand AOA's business reach; 4. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors to provide insights that drive strategic business decisions; 5. Responsible for planning, organizing and promoting activities related to promote the AOA and AIIA university-enterprise development and collaboration; 6. Link resources internal and external to provide business planning and other guidance for market facing training programmes, competitions activities etc.; 7. Promote the training products 8. Complete other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Qualifications:
1. Master’s degree or above in education, business, marketing or related fields; 2. At least 5 years working experience in educational trainings, AI industry technology or marketing related work experience is preferred; 3. Understanding of educational products in AI area; 4. Excellent Chinese and English, both written and spoken.
