* Ensure all SHE processes in RDSZ operations are compliant to local and Roche internal requirements * Ensure that a solid and effective SHE risk management process is implemented and documented * Ensure support to operations department line management for employee SHE training * Receiving, documenting and responding to SHE related reports and suggestions * Ensure that periodic operation SHE inspections are conducted and that critical SHE situations are timely reported to operations department head * Ensure monitoring, driving and documenting operations departments’ SHE goals, KPIs, incidents and programs * Ensure timely communication of SHE related information and documentation * Manage the occupational health surveillance program on site and continuous improvement of Industrial hygiene related matters. * Manage clinic service and ensure implementing wellbeing initiatives (Live well club, programs, events, etc.) * Lead occupational safety improvement programs and continuous drive improvements related to mechanical integrity. Manage site special equipment related safe operations and support SHE Head to lead the special equipment committee.
67 Qualification & Experience:
* University education background, major in safety /environment/chemical/engineering or other SHE related * 10 years of relevant SHE working experience in chemical/diagnostics/pharmaceutical manufacturing or industry * 5 years of people manage experience in SHE * Excellent experience in all SHE related subjects incl. site security and local SHE laws and regulations * Cross-functional working experience * Proven track record of consensus building and conflict management in challenging or difficult situations * Strong leadership skills for people management and development * Strong communication skills * Strong negotiation / influencing / persuasion skills * Exemplifies Roche Values and Leadership Commitments * Superior problem-solving skills with proven abilities to anticipate issues and recommend effective and efficient solution * High cultural awareness and proven ability to work and collaborate with a broad range of cultures * Proficient knowledge of Mandarin and/or English (written & spoken)
