Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

1. SHE Digitalization:

* Lead the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of digital SHE
platforms and tools, such as the STARI SHE management platform and AI-based
safety solutions.
* Drive the adoption of digital technologies to streamline SHE processes and
improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
* Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate new digital tools
and systems, ensuring seamless operation and user adoption.
2. SHE Insights:

* Develop and utilize data analytics to provide actionable insights into SHE
performance.
* Monitor and analyze SHE data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
for improvement.
* providing data-driven recommendations for enhancing safety and compliance.
3. SHE Change Management:

* Lead change management initiatives within the SHE domain, ensuring smooth
transition and adoption of new policies, procedures, and technologies.
* Develop and implement change management plans that include communication,
training, and support strategies.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of continuous
improvement and proactive change management.


Qualification & Experience:

* University education background, major in SHE related
* SHE management experience on manufacturing plant over 5 years
* Proficiency in digital technologies relevant to SHE (Safety, Health,
Environment) such as digital SHE platforms, data analytics tools, and AI-based
safety solutions.
* Experience in leading change management initiatives, including the
development and implementation of change management plans.
