Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of designated projects. Deliver technical and service aspects of client studies. Design and evaluate studies. Serve as the main internal contact for departments and external customers. Coordinate with departments to ensure high-quality work. Lead project meetings, teleconferences, visits, and audits. Resolve issues with Quality Assurance/Regulatory personnel. Translate customer needs into accurate quotations and manage budgets. Provide financial forecasting and reporting. Ensure accurate revenue recognition and invoicing. Participate in business process improvements. Collaborate with account managers to ensure customer satisfaction. Apply Good Manufacturing Practices. Promote company vision and coach team members. Handle large-scale clinical trial projects. Serve as the main point of contact for projects. Define project goals with clients and manage global project delivery. Track metrics, maintain dashboards, and report progress. Provide global financial information and lead project close-out activities. Qualifications:
Advanced degree in a health-related field. Over 10 years of client communication or client service experience. Proficiency in GMP SOPs and policies. Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills. Experience with project management tools and customer management
