1、Gate based project management primary responsible for assigned Project(s) - Manage, control & co-ordinate with NPI teams to ensure project objectives fulfilled. 主要负责项目管理，协调新产品导入团队以确保项目目标达成。
2、 Develop & maintain the project plan for assigned project 制定和维护项目计划
3、 Organize new project kick-off meeting, Co-ordinate related NPI build performance including OTD, yield rate, waste, action plan and project GM,
组织新项目启动会议，协调相关的新产品导入绩效，包括OTD，良率，浪费，行动计划；
4、Follow up related build feedback in customer side跟踪客户反馈
5、Follow NPI procedure to conduct NPI review meeting with all concerned parties按照新产品导入程序与所有相关方召开新产品导入评审会议
6、Project sign off to ensure smooth transition of new products from NPI team to site team 项目签署以确保新产品从新产品导入团队顺利过渡到现场团队
7、Pass HSF information to internal team if there is
Project issue and risk management项目风险识别与管控，及时有效传递内部团队
8、Proactively communicate with project sponsors to ensure all are fully informed regarding project status and that all potential concerns are highlighted in a timely manner to ensure effective resolution.积极主动与项目团队沟通，确保团队成员了解项目状态，及潜在的风险

任职要求：
1、 Bachelor degree or equivalent 本科及以上学历
2、Over 3 years in project manager position,experience in automotive industry is preferred3年以上PM 经验,汽车行业经验优先
3、Strong Communication skills in Chinese & English中英文读写熟练
4、Good team player & relationship builder with capability to co-ordinate cross functional & multi site activities. 良好的沟通协调和团队合作能力
5、Assertive, self-motivated with drive to succeed.较强的自我驱动力
