Primary Responsibilities

61 Collaborate with forwarders, customs & broker (s) to ensure accuracy on Import & Export documents in area such as valuation, classification, and origin of manufacture
61 Monitor freight conditions, delivery status, and buyer concerns
61 Develop and maintain customs and internal controls policies and procedures
61 Analyze carrier routes to support the best transit time
61 Communicate order requirements with our multiple warehouse and coordinate with shipping & warehouse to export the goods to our global partners & customers
61 Manage cargo freight claims
61 Handle MSR shipments
61 Manage transport companies and 3PL
61 Monitoring inventory and shipment transactions for accuracy for each sales order
61 Serve as a liaison for brokers and suppliers to resolve import compliance issues and ensure shipments are delivered timely
61 Manage warehouse team following established guidelines and procedures including labeling, photos, and loading/unloading

Minimum Qualifications
61 Checking shipping documents against orders and P.O.s
61 Have strong logistics operational background in global project shipments
61 Demonstrates good judgement in solving problems as well as identifying problems in advance and proposing solutions
61 The potential impact of decisions made by this individual has significant operational and financial impact
61 Experiences with developing project plan, driving corrective actions and continuous improvements
61 Interaction: this individual must work effectively with Staff to vice President level
61 The ideal candidate will contribute proactively in a team environment

Requirement - Education & Experience:
61 A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in global logistics, transportation, freight forwarding (International (air and ocean), domestic and trucking)
61 A Bachelor or Diploma in supply chain & logistics, or equivalent experience in global logistics environment
61 SAP experience or similar
61 Order fulfillment and scheduling experience
61 Ability to work closely with material planners and 3PL/warehouse, and production team
61 Has analytical/problem solving skills to shift priority and focus on dynamic situational environment
61 Strong data analysis, and experience with Excel, Power BI and MS Access
61 Presentation skills to various levels of audiences including executives
61 Demonstrated ability and skills to manage multiple projects
61 Knowledge of small package, finished goods processes and operations, international and domestic KPIs
61 Experience in global companies and multi-cultural environments
