TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES岗位职责： 61 Implement relevant requirement in Global Integrated Management System (including ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001) to keep people safe and health, and a high quality of works as well. 61 Keep the equipment well maintained daily. 61 Carry out the test according to related Work Instruction/GB/ASTM/RCC-M/AWS/ISO/EN/ASME standard. 61 Keep the record well and data input into the relevant lab database. 61 Prepare and submit professional Test/Analysis Report in Chinese and English 61 Provide laboratory support to Production, Process, Technical, QC, ATC etc. 61 Maintain the 5S in his/her responsible area in a high level. 61 Actively participate the activities of continuous improvement (in quality, safety, environment, cost, etc.) 61 Follow ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation requirement well. 61 Other tasks from superiors - 执行全球综合管理系统（包括 ISO9001、ISO14001 和 ISO45001）的相关要求，确保人员安全和健康，以及高质量的工作。 - 做好实验室设备的日常维护工作。 - 根据相关作业指导书/GB/ASTM/RCC-M/AWS/ISO/EN/ASME 标准进行测试。 - 做好记录并将数据输入相关实验室数据库。 - 准备并提交专业的中英文测试/分析报告 - 为生产、工艺、技术、QC、ATC 等部门提供实验室支持。 - 在其负责的区域内保持高水平的 5S 工作。 - 积极参与持续改进活动（质量、安全、环境、成本等方面）。 - 严格遵守 ISO/IEC 17025 认证要求。 - 上级交办的其他任务
JOB SPECIFICATION岗位要求： - Major in Non-destructive testing - Min 1 years experiences in NDT Test, Mechanical Test, and worked in an certified lab (ISO/IEC 17025), or a lab under ISO 9001 & ASME system, - Hold the Level I (or above) Certificate in NDT and Mechanical Test - Have knowledge/experience in the equipment maintenance. - Good data statistics, analysis, utilizing, and reporting skills. - Can understand the related English testing methods in NDT area. - Good teamwork spirit - 无损检测专业 - 至少 1 年的无损检测测试和机械测试经验，并曾在获得认证的实验室（ISO/IEC 17025）或 ISO 9001 和 ASME 体系下的实验室工作、 - 持有无损检测和机械测试一级（或以上）证书 - 具有设备维护方面的知识/经验。 - 良好的数据统计、分析、利用和报告技能。 - 能够理解无损检测领域的相关英文检测方法。 - 良好的团队合作精神
