主要职责：
Key Responsibilities

1. IT Operations Support: Assist the IT Manager in maintaining，troubleshooting, and optimizing the company’s IT infrastructure and systems.
IT 运营支持： 协助 IT 经理维护、故障排除和优化公司的 IT 基础设施和系统。
2. User Support: Provide day-to-day technical support to employees, assisting with hardware, software, and network-related issues.
用户支持： 提供日常技术支持，帮助员工解决硬件、软件和网络相关问题。
3. System Maintenance: Perform regular system checks, software updates, and IT asset management (e.g., computers, servers, and network equipment).

4. Project Assistance: Help coordinate IT projects, including system upgrades, software implementations, and process improvements.

5. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of IT support requests, system configurations, and troubleshooting steps.

9. SEO Management: Support search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve the visibility of the company website, including keyword research and content optimization.

11. Video Surveillance System: Oversee and maintain the company’s video surveillance system, ensuring operational security and adherence to safety protocols.

任职资格：
Qualifications

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
学历： 计算机科学、信息技术、数字营销或相关专业的本科学历。
2. Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in IT support, administration, or digital marketing; manufacturing industry experience is a plus.
经验： 至少 1-2 年 IT 支持、行政或数字营销工作经验，有制造业经验者优先。
3. Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of IT systems, networking, hardware troubleshooting, software applications, and SEO best practices.

4. Video Surveillance Systems: Experience with maintaining or overseeing video surveillance systems.
