Representative Duties:
1.Identifies and documents product approval requirements for projects.
2.Plans and performs pre-compliance and compliance testing.
3.Works with outside test laboratory for compliance testing and submits test reports for agency approvals.
4.Assists in troubleshooting approval failures
5.Facilitate ODM approvals with high effectiveness of time and cost in collaboration with labs and agencies.
6.Keep improving internal process for ODM approvals.
7.Builds solid relationship with 3rd lab and agencies to get better support for business
8.Maintains/Assists multi factory audits per agency requirement such as UL, CQC, TUV, KTL, etc.
9.Additional duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements
1.BS Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or related field.
2.6+ years of related experience with regulatory agency approvals.
3.Thorough knowledge of RF communications systems, analog and digital. Bluetooth related is preferred
4.Basic knowledge of compliance measuring instrumentation.
5.Rich knowledge in compliance standard, approval process, and logic of compliance failures

Skill
1.Familiar with RF, EMC & Safety related test and standard such as EN60950, EN55022, EN61000, IEC60065, FCC part15, etc.
2.Excellent communication and coordination skill
3.Excellent in English both oral and writen
4.Good at problem solving.
5.Excellent team player.
