1. Implementation management – Work with the rest of Global Business Process team to rollout IFS(ERP) to new Sites 2. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve business process issues related to processes and IFS(ERP) system performance. 3. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with finance teams to understand business requirements, financial processes, and reporting needs. 4. Coordination: Play as coordinator between China IT team and group IT team. 5. Continuous Improvement: Recommend enhancements and optimizations to financial processes and ERP functionalities to improve efficiency and effectiveness. 6. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including operation, finance teams, and management, to ensure alignment on project goals and progress. 7. Testing and Validation: Work with global team and users to develop and execute test plans to validate system functionality, ensuring that financial and other business processes work as intended. 8. User Training: Provide training and support to finance staff and end-users on the ERP system functionality.
Education & Training: - Degree in Accountant/MIS or related subject (mandatory)
Experience & Competency: - Have good knowledge of ERP Systems (Preferable IFS / QAD) including Financials - Be very familiar with ERP Systems (Preferable IFS / QAD) vs. Business Processes - Excellent English skills, reading and writing - Good communication skills - Responsible, serious, honest and excellent service concept - Be able to show initiative in both past and future projects - Some experience in Global Reporting
