RESPONSIBILITIES
61 To support the chiller product application department in China and Asia market to ensure product matching with customer needs.
61 To assist the sales team in technical training of the products and provide professional product demonstration, technical Q&A and solutions.
61 To prepare and collate relevant technical documents, such as application manuals and technical specifications.
61 To collect market feedback, analyze customer needs and provide reference suggestions for product improvement and technical innovation.
61 Work closely with the R&D team to participate in the technical testing and evaluation of new products, and promote the application of products in the target market.
QUALIFICATIONS
61 Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in HVAC, refrigeration, thermal energy and other related fields.
61 At least 5 years of experience as a technical support or application engineer for chillers or related equipment.
61 Familiar with the working principle and application of chiller system and have relevant system design experience especially for data center application.
61 Good communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to work closely with different departments.
61 Strong customer service awareness, able to solve problems efficiently.
61 Good English reading and writing skills, able to understand and use relevant English technical information.
61 Relevant technical certifications are preferred.
