Be fully responsible for the campus service daily operations Managing campus service team to ensure their works meet Client’s policies and procedures Providing regular coaching to campus service team and ensure all of them be acquainted with all related procedures Training and guide campus service team members to achieve continuous improvement Communicate with the critical users to accurately understand their needs, coordinate resources across service lines, and provide help and solutions Handle user complaints, promptly escalate and take appropriate actions to ensure user satisfaction Managing transportation contractor, respond for any complaints and be responsible for continuous improvement. Providing monthly billing, data analysis, and KPI scoring for contractor’s performance Managing receptionist and support on the stationery supplying and control Managing the Lost & Found service and provide regular data report Be responsible for campus mail services, including but not limited sending emails to notify users to take the reimbursement bill, handle any mail service related requests or deal with any complaints; managing the EMS service ensure their service quality; provide monthly bill for client’s approval for payment processing Managing shuttle buses including the drivers’ performance; including but not limited in providing attendance record, spending, etc. Be responsible for all the soft team related procurement request submission and following up. Be responsible for the payment of the suppliers, e.g. EMS, FedEx, Suqi, Shenzhou, etc. Serve as a backup for other roles within the team during special circumstances to ensure smooth operations. Backup any campus service team members when they’re on leave Other duties as assigned by Client and soft service manager Qualifications:
College degree or above or equivalent training Able to work night shifts Experiences in property customer service Quick learner and willing to learn new things Self-starter and result oriented Good communication skill and strong team work Good spoken and written English Good command of MS Office (ppt, excel, word, outlook) Able to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure High engagement and commitment to work Major in Administration, Business English
