1.Manage the projects development for the products of Japan business and assigned customers; 2.Developing specific and clear project plan for each project and managing the process from milestone management, budget analysis and control, risk management to make a good achievement of projects targets; 3.Organize and coordinate relevant member & team to make a good division cooperation between different functions, leading APQP team and regular project meeting internally; 4.To be a customer representative, understand and determine customers’ requirements & needs and implement the exact needs of the client, based on a good knowledge of products and engineering; 5.Bridging gap between the production team and client, capable of facing and solving the problems with either party, transfer clients requirements into manufacturing equipment and process correctly; 6.Manage results delivery of sampling & prototype, PPAP documentation and design changing process etc; 7.Manage a good communication both internally and with clients of all process; 8.Support sales to communicate initial product and technical application with current product matrix; 9.Ability to recognize the match between customer needs and internal products and make decisions on the lowest cost development method; 10.Performs other related duties as assigned.
Position Qualifications任职要求: 1.Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering; 2.Fair knowledge of products process, tooling, process engineering knowledge; 3.Min. 3 years’ experience in project management in automotive; 4.Good sense of responsibility in project and product development; 5.Good communication skills , Coordinate and solution internal and external conflicts in project development; 6.Good language skills for Japan in both speaking and writing; 7.Initiative, optimistic, mature, ability to work independently and under pressure.
