Job Description: 1. Responsible for establishing a company products’ operation information ledger under one's charged region. 2. Responsible for the regular inspection and maintenance of the company's sold products under one's charged region. 3. Responsible for the collection, analysis, and coordination with headquarter’ support for company products that have malfunctioned in one's charged region, as well as of confirming repair plans’ implementation until the products are restored to normal use. 4. Responsible for the management of company-distributed spare parts in one's charged region. 5. Responsible for training local dealers and major customers' maintenance personnel, and for troubleshooting and assisting with repairs for complex malfunctions. 6. Responsible for regularly summarizing and reporting on the operational status of the company's products in one's charged region as well as the status of malfunctions and repairs. 7. Collaborate with the marketing and sales departments to research the operation of the local charging pile market in areas where products have been sold or are intended for sale. 8. Some other ad-hoc tasks assigned. Job Requirements: 1. Having the qualifications and capability to perform electrical work operations locally; 2. Familiar with industrial power supply (three-phase electricity) and its common application scenarios. Has a certain understanding of the conversion between AC and DC, and vice versa; 3. Has a basic understanding of the logic for low-voltage signal acquisition and processing. Specifically, this includes knowledge of the application scenarios for all or some of the protocols such as RS232, RS485, CAN, Ethernet, etc., as well as the corresponding methods for data acquisition; 4. Familiar with common methods and tools for troubleshooting wiring harness issues; 5. Has basic capabilities for remote work and is proficient in the disassembly and assembly of general machinery; 6. Fluent in oral, written English & Chinese.
