Consolidate the team work between SUZ & HG plant
An individual in this role will be responsible for designing, developing and bringing to production new products and new designs that involve both Electrical Cabling and harnesses for Electric Vehicles, that involve both Power and Signal connectivity products. Person in this role will have deep knowledge and experience in latest Product evolution in Interconnect technologies related to EV industry in general. This knowledge base would include, electrical, electromechanical, molding processes, best in class manufacturing processes, testing and assembly processes and technologies that enable efficient and cost-effective production processes. A person in this role would know to navigate and also have access to processing equipment, best practices, prevailing standards and relationship to compliance. This role also involves designing, developing, setting up and establishing product reliability and endurance testing criteria while working closely with customers to meet their performance requirements or developing generic criteria for own products. The position requires evaluation of materials, machines, and manufacturing processes, and shall recommend to the company the best combination of those elements, which results in a high quality, cost effective product, that meets or exceeds customer expectations.

61 Develop EV connectivity products for existing customer projects and programs
61 Responsible for managing product design activity related to sustaining, new and transfer projects

61 Working knowledge of the Electric vehicle products as related to cable, wire harnesses and electrical connectivity
61 Identify "KEY" material characteristics and methods of insuring uniformity in the finished product.
61 Interface heavily with tooling vendors to provide tool design DFM feedback, develop and construct part drawings, review and approve
61 Establish, maintain and administer the library of process instructions for various machines, to achieve the goal of uniformity of the manufacturing processes.
61 Responsible for leading the team on DFMEA
61 Applies the knowledge and principles of Lean and six sigma into everyday work streams
61 Acts as technical problem-solver for engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance and sales as necessary. Performs calculations as required. Interprets results and reports conclusions.
