-Research new markets/customers; visit/participate in relevant exhibitions.
调研新市场与新客户；参观/参与相关展会

-Plan/develop/visit/contact new customers and ensure all customer requirements (product spec, ESG responsibility, commercial target…) are properly collected and transmitted to the company
规划/开发/拜访/联系新客户，确保客户需求(产品规格、环境社会治理责任、商务目标等)的完整收集并传递给公司。

-Responsible for new project P&L evaluation, quotation, commercial negotiation, contract signing, sample P/O collecting, and, to facilitate all customer related matters until the project entering SOP.
负责新项目的损益评估、报价、商务谈判、合同签订、样件订单获取，并对批量生产前所需的客户相关事项提供协助

-Maintain/enhance customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
维持/增进客户关系并确保客户满意度

-Monthly sales fulfilling, analyzing, forecasting, reporting, and yearly budget planning
月度销售额实现、分析、预测、报告，以及年度预算编列

-Submit customer visit report in time.
及时提交客户拜访报告

-Accounts receivable follow-up
账款回收跟进

-KPI fulfillment
主要考核指标的完成

-Report to IAC business manager and fulfill all tasks assigned
向IAC事业处经理报告并完成所有交办任务


【Qualification - 任职资格】
-Good at understanding solenoid market and customers’ expectations
了解电磁铁市场和客户期望

-Good technical understanding
良好的技术理解能力。

-Good sales ability
良好的销售能力

-Good at English speaking, reading, and writing
良好的英语读、说、写能力。

-Min. Bachelor degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or similar technical education
本科以上学历，机械工程、电气工程专业或同等技术学历

-Good at problem solving
良好的问题处理能力

-Good at planning, executing, and reporting
良好的计划、执行、汇报能力
