Position B: Recruitment Consultation Role Overview This position is part of the Consultation Center within the Student Admissions and Career Development Office. As a Recruitment Officer, the incumbent will be actively engaged in both province-specific recruitment efforts and general student recruitment activities. The Recruitment Officer’s primary responsibilities include managing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person consultations, as well as supporting and organizing recruitment events such as Open Days. Additionally, the role involves maintaining WeChat consultation groups and producing short videos to address frequently asked questions (FAQs).

Position C: Recruitment Data and Analysis We seek proactive and detail-oriented Admissions Data & System Officers to strengthen our data-driven recruitment ecosystem. This role will collaboratively support the management, analysis, and optimization of admissions-related data and systems, ensuring operational efficiency and strategic alignment.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Assists in systematically organizing student life-cycle data, ensure the integrity and accuracy of each stage of data, and establish effective data storage and retrieval mechanisms; 2. Assists in maintaining/updating and analyzing admission records, files and data and compiles admissions reports as directed; 3. Conduct in-depth analysis of historical admissions data, and provide data-based insights to support the adjustment of admission strategies; 4. Administer admission-related systems (e.g., recruitment system, mini-programs, internal management system) to ensure functionality and user accessibility; 5. Collaborate with IT and vendors to troubleshoot issues, implement upgrades, and integrate new features; 6. Support all student recruitment and admissions events and activities; 7. Other duties assigned.
Qualifications: 1. Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 2. 3 years of hands-on experience in data analysis, system support, or similar technical roles. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft excel, Python, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau). 4. Strong analytical & data-driven mindset with meticulous attention to detail. 5.
