职位描述
Roles & Responsibilities:






1. To provide professional administrative and operational support to ensure the effective and efficient operation and development of student information system;
2. To serve as business analyst and/or project manager on projects and initiatives in relation to SITS/e-Bridge development and enhancement;
3. To lead on user acceptance testing, user access control and system parameter management for those parts of systems within the remit of Academic Affairs and Systems Team;
4. To assess, make recommendations and implement improvements and upgrades to the systems and processes so as to improve effectiveness, efficiency, quality, accessibility and/or ease of use;
5. To understand and facilitate management and operational reporting requirements, and ensure the production and circulation of relevant data to stakeholders in an accurate and timely manner;
6. To operate regular data archiving process for SITS system;
7. To attend training courses as identified and agreed for appropriate development. Demonstrate continuous specialist development by acquiring relevant skills and competencies;
8. Other duties appropriate to the post, as assigned by the line manager and the head of office.





Qualifications:






Including but not limited to:
Experience
61 Experience of working in Higher Education
61 Experience of implementation and development of management information systems
61 Experience of system requirement gathering and analysis
Education, qualifications and training
61 Bachelor’s degree in IT or Information Management related fields.

Competencies and Skills
Including but not limited to:
General and specialist knowledge
61 Knowledge and experience of systems integration
61 Knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL)
61 Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS, JSON/XML
