Position Title: Quality Engineer 质量工程师
Report To: Operation Manager China 中国运营经理
Location: This position is located in Sperre’s partner factory in Changshu 本职位工作地点位于Sperre合作伙伴的常熟工厂
Key Accountabilities:
1.All work accountabilities aim to guarantee the Sperre partner’s product meet Sperre requirement from quality perspective 确保Sperre合作伙伴生产的产品能满足Sperre的各项质量要求
2.Execute the Sperre quality control and product check on site, issue QC report according to the Sperre process to the relevant parties, actively participate in daily quality improvement, as well as analyze & resolve quality issue according to the process 在工厂端执行Sperre质量控制和产品检查，根据Sperre流程发布质量检测报告，积极参与日常质量改善，并根据流程分析和解决质量问题
3.Manage the customer (shipowner/shipyard) inspection in Sperre partner factory site according to the process, review and drive the corrective actions with the technical support from headquarter 按流程要求负责客户(船东/船厂)在Sperre合作伙伴工厂的现场产品检查，在总部的技术支持下审查和推动相应改善行动
4.Manage various onsite maritime class inspection and get the approved certification, review and drive the corrective actions with the technical support from headquarter 负责不同船级社的现场检查过程并获得认可证书，在总部的技术支持下审查和推动相应改善行动
5.Maintain the Sperre’s digital status reporting system (Sperre Insight/Zegeba) for screw compressors日常维护Sperre数据分析平台汇报系统(Sperre Insight/Zegeba)中的质量内容
6.Manage or assist in customer audit in Sperre partner factory 领导或参与支持在Sperre合作伙伴工厂进行的现场审核
7.Participate in improvement processes (quality, efficiency etc) 参与过程改善（质量、效率等）
8.Other duties as may be assigned or required from management team in China and Norway 中国和挪威领导层安排的其他工作任务
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree or above in quality management / mechanical engineering / electrical engineering / or related fields 本科及以上学历，质量管理/机械工程/电气工程或相关专业
2.5+ years as a quality engineer in an ISO or TS certificated manufacturing company， serve export market will be preferred在ISO或TS认证的制造业公司担任质量工程师5年以上，产品服务国外市场客户的优先考虑
3.Full skills on trouble shooting, root cause analysis continuous improvement, familiar with quality tools具备全面的故障排除、根本原因分析和持续改进技能，能熟练使用相应质量工具
4.Familiar with the screw compressor (or similar products) testing procedures and equipment熟悉螺杆压缩机(或类似产品)的测试流程及测试设备
5.Relevant background within mechanical and electrical systems in order to build good knowledge to understand the working principle of screw compressor, and air piping system, oil piping system, control piping system, electrical control system 具有机电系统相关背景以快速了解并掌握螺杆压缩机的工作原理，以及空气管道系统、油管系统、控制管道系统、电气控制系统
6.Familiar with ISO 9001 quality system and have internal auditor experience, knowledge of ISO1217 will be preferred熟悉ISO9001质量体系并担任过企业内审员，具备ISO1217知识的优先考虑
7.Good digital skills such as M.S. office, data analysis platform 优良的数字化办公能力，例如微软office，数据分析平台
8.Good communication skills in both English and Chinese优良的中英文沟通能力
