Duties and Responsibilities：

Plan and execute projects related to quality, yield, process efficiency and capacity improvement related to manufacturing
To be the lead for operation in new product or process development & transfer activities
To be trainer for ISO related testing
To execute IQ/OQ/PQ for new equipment
To design new equipment or jigs and fixture to improve process efficiency and sustainability
To manage end-of-life issue for product material and component
Support project through communication with vendor
Train and mentor engineers and assistant engineers in ME


Requirements：

At least 5 years of working experience in a Class III Medical Device Industry
Experience in machining one the areas of lens machining, inspection and packaging
Effective communication in English and Mandarin are essential, and Japanese is a plus
Basic project management skill to lead/participate cross functional group activities(mainly consists of R&D, Manufacturing Engineering, Production, Supply Chain) for new product and process installation
Ability to plan, write and execute as per feasibility plans and validation protocols and reports
