61 负责区域：整个行政楼和研发区域的维修服务和项目改造，具体如下： Responsible area: Maintenance services and project transformation of the entire block, as follows
61 负责维修车间维修管理的提高及相关修改的方案制定; Improvement of workshop maintenance management and modification scheme.
61 提高研发中心维修管理水平及相关修改的方案制定； Improvement of CRDC maintenance management level and modification scheme.
61 提高WW维修管理水平及相关修改的方案制定 ; Improvement of WW maintenance management level and modification scheme.
61 提高设备维护水平及相关修改的方案制定 ; Improvement of industrial platform facility maintenance management level and modification scheme
61 负责区域内相关新设备和新项目的维修参与及维修准备. Communication interface between site technical team and project team. Support project team in follow up of requirements of Chinese regulations and safety rules and procedures.
61 遵循国家法规、公司安全规则和程序，组织和开展维修工作； Follow the requirement of Chinese regulations and safety rules and procedures to organize and implement maintenance work.
61 负责领导本区域内设备的RCA的分析改进方案制定落实，预防性维修计划和备品备件计划更新，设备资料，维修程序的制定，以整体提高设备使用效率。 Responsible for leading the formulation and implementation of RCA analysis and improvement plan of equipment in the region, updating of preventive maintenance plan and spare parts plan, formulation of equipment data and maintenance procedures, in order to improve the overall efficiency of equipment use.
61 负责备品备件、直接物料、服务的采购申请，以及直接物料和服务的接收 Responsible for the procurement of spare parts, direct materials and services, and the receipt of direct materials and services
61 负责相关区域的设备可靠性管理工作并向中心服务团队可靠性工程师提供相关数据和行动计划以提高设备可靠性。 Responsible for equipment reliability management in relevant areas and provide relevant data and action plan to reliability engineer of central service team to improve equipment reliability
61 支持各维修队伍的维修工作 Support of each maintenance team of maintenance work
61 负责区域5S管理及其他检查 Responsible for 5S management for own area
61 负责技术承包商管理及承包商区域的管理 Responsible for Technical contractor management and contractors’ area management
61 参与新项目建设。 Participate into new project.
61 积极参与公司的各个节能减排，循环经济项目，并参加公司组织的相关培训 Actively participate in various energy-saving, emission reduction, and circular economy projects of the company, and participate in relevant training organized by the company
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 能力/经验要求
1. Knowledge 知识 :
61 化工机械设备或工程专业、土建结构类本科或相当 Bach degree or equivalent in chemical mechanical or Engineering, civil & structure
2. Skills 技能 :
61 有一定的英文读写能力English technical documents read and write.
61 熟练使用办公软件Skill of Microsoft Office software
61 有CAD绘图基础 AutoCAD basic knowledge.
61 有相关维修经验To be a helpful to have engineering experience.
3. Experience 经验:
61 至少3年化工厂维修工作经验At least 3 years‘ working experience in chemical plant maintenance or related engineering
4. Abilities 能力:
61 善于沟通、解决问题，关注结果Good at communication, Problem solving and committed result.
61 较好的安全意识和团队合作精神Good safety consciousness and teamwork.
61 善于合理利用现有资源 Rationally utilize the in existence resource.
