About the Job: 61 Develop assigned category, execute category strategy to optimize supplier base; drive out material saving/avoidance through nego, localization, 2nd source, VA/VE projects 61 Manage supplier performance, source the competitive suppliers from global market to meet product request, develop dual source for key components & MRO items 61 Data analysis to find out opportunities, deep engage on projects, purchasing to fully understand where we spent the money and how to drive the cost reduction activities 61 Support new projects, select the right suppliers, manage project timeline to be on schedule, and ensure project complete on cost, on time; sign contract with new suppliers 61 Manage direct reports, work with global team to understand future demand, request, develop best supplier pool to support 5 years strategy 61 Resolve critical issues on regular basis without affecting production operations 61 Optimize the purchasing process, make sure team work in high-efficiency and fully compliance
About You 61 5 + years of procurement experience in electronics, metal and ect. 61 Global supplier sourcing, nego, contract and management skill 61 Fluent (Written and Verbal) in English. 61 Undergraduate degree in business, manufacturing, engineering, or supply chain major preferred. 61 Proficient with MS Office. SAP knowledge is must. 61 Time management and sense of urgency. 61 Customer focus, strong communication skill 61 Be flexible for changes and new request, be proactive 61 Direct report management skills
