Job Descriptions: Understand design changes and provide build support at factory. Drive unresolved problems to the appropriate groups, Redmond Dev. Eng. Redmond, T2 Tooling Eng. and others group. Communicate to manufacturing team on process related failures. Support to identify deficiencies and work with corresponding group to improve or screening. Provide feedback to factory on failure diagnostic. Conduct targeted experiments at factory for quality improvement. Ensure proper processes and documentations at manufacturing. Drive implementation of best practices. Drive continuous process improvement initiatives. Approve and assists with implementation of procedures, process changes and/or ECNs. Provide support during EV, DV, PV of new product (xii) Correlate and standardize test and inspection process among T1, T2 and sub tier supplier. Participate in design review and give recommendation to development team
Comments: Onsite factory production yield improvement opportunity on Silicon component related failure. Driving component failure analysis and COS mitigation plan led by quality issue. Support Silicon component manufacturing process performance monitoring from IQC / MSLT, testing, RMA / MSLT, & CM date validation. Focal window to draft MCRB, coordinate CR builds and summarize the result to conclude change. Co-ordinating with system / product teams, and external and internal silicon teams.
