Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Technical Expertise and leadership:
- Under supervision of the Tech Lead, execute design development activities on container components (geometry/material/process) by conducting appropriate studies & data analysis, editing technical documentation (study protocols and reports, SOP/Specification/drawing etc.) per project development need), supervising samples preparation & related test campaigns execution...
- Technical communication with manufacturing plants, support the product design transfer
- Perform lab test (leak, tensile strength, WVTR, dimension …) per study needs
- Test method development/ validation/transfer (TMV/TMT) of container closures system.
- Carton development, test and assessment, product transportation evaluation, product design verification.
- Support RA for product registration, dossier preparation.
- Support internal and external audit.
Qualifications
- · With knowledge of test standard (ISO, ASTM, YBB) is prefer
- Knowledge on test method validation and test method transfer
- Team spirit and good communication ability;
- Good leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Excellent English skills
- Experience on carton design/ development and verification is preferable.
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor's degree with more than 5years experience or master’s degree with more than 3years experience is a must
- Major in Polymer, Bio medical, Mechanical, Materials, packing
- Basic knowledge of minitab and Gage R$R is a must, green belt or above of 6 sigma is prefer
- Experience on product design and development is preferable.
- Experience on carton design and development is preferable.
