Responsibility Description
1.Initiate, perform and support key developments of products, materials, processes, technology modules and methods within the framework of feasibility studies, business cases and/or projects, incl. experimental work and coordination of lab, pilot or production trials;
2.Continuously ensure and drive the development of knowledge within specific sub technology field (width & depth);
3.Contribute to and initiate invention disclosures;
4.Perform literature and patent searches in consultation with the related responsible persons, support FTO analysis from a technological perspective;
5.Provide input to the relevant Technology Roadmap(s) while making investment recommendations for technology development;
6.Actively build up and maintain internal and external networks, with the focus on technological aspects incl. scouting and screening of new raw materials (e.g. suppliers, institutions, academia);
7.Being a project leader/member to ensure good project management of all technical aspects allowing timescales to be set and progress to be monitored closely.

Qualification
1.PHD / Master degree majoring in Polymer Materials and Engineering;
2.3 above years of experience in relevant fields is preferred;
3.Assertive personality combining proven hands-on mentality with excellent technical comprehension;
4.Identify, assess and solve problems;
5.Foster natural curiosity, explore new ideas, and think creatively for innovative solutions;
6.Plan, organize and prioritize tasks, manage resources and time within projects effectively and meet deadlines;
7.Manage complex projects and deal with stakeholders across different hierarchy levels.
8.Communicate effectively with diverse audiences, both verbally and in writing.
9.Fluent oral and written English.
