1) Maintain and improve quality assurance system, ensuring the system under good shape;

2)Be responsible for quality control process covers IQC,PQC and final inspection via qulaity team work
通过良好的团队管理负责公司质量全过程控制,覆盖: 进料、生产过程,终检以及出货的质量控制；
3) Be responsible for handling customer complain and take relevant corrective action
负责处理客户的质量投诉,并采取相应的改善措施
4) Be responsible for handling daily NCR and take corrective action with analysis method like 5 why/fish bone/SPC etc;
利用质量分析方法主导协调处理日常生产过程中质量问题并采取改善措施,杜绝相同问题的重复产生；
5) Be responsible for setting up/maintaining relevant policy/ rules and ensuing company abiding by local laws/rules related to environment, health and sfety requirments
负责制定和维护公司在环境保护,健康管理以及安全生产相关制度,确保公司合规合法运营.
6) Coordinating quality issues with HQ/overseas supplier via tools like QCAR/8D
通过相关质量工具协调处理来自总部和国外供应商的质量问题

1) Very familiar with ISO9001, has experience on coordinating both internal and outside audit

2) Has 3 years or above working experience in QEHS management

3) Has good communication skill, good competence on problem analysis and solving ,teamwork oriented.

4) Familiar with necessary quality control methods like PDCA/SPC/5 whys etc.

5) There are 3 years or above working experience in QEHS management
