Job Responsibilities & Requirements: - Responsible for PPF products (generators, light tower, dewatering pumps, -- - Energy storage system) sales through individual efforts and dealer network to achieve sales targets in East of China territory. - Develop and implement regional sales plans to achieve quarterly/annual revenue targets. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and partnerships. - Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention. - Conduct regular business reviews to understand client needs and align solutions. - Provide actionable insights to internal teams (Marketing, Product) to enhance regional relevance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and support. - Track and report on sales metrics (pipeline, conversion rates, revenue) using CRM tools.
Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree or above, majored in mechanical engineer or equivalent. - Minimum 3 years of sales experience, with 2+ years in a regional/territory management role. - Proven track record of exceeding sales targets. - Strong negotiation, presentation, and consultative selling skills. - Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced environments. - Willing to travel.
