Key Accountabilities
1、Verify VOC and determine Critical-to-Quality (CTQ) parameters to be tracked and maintained throughout the product development.(Quality Plan, Design Scorecard)
2、Implement Lessons Learned/Warranty fixes to products under development. (DFMEA)
3、Establish reliability targets for the product and coordinate with validation engineering to conduct test-to-failure activities. (DFMEA)
4、Core participant of problem-solving activities (enforce 8D discipline). Improve product design robustness using statistical methods. (DoE & optimization, Monte Carlo)
5、Create and complete prototype control plan. Signoff on prototype builds; verify SC linkage between DFMEA, Drawings, prototype PFMEA, prototype Control Plan.
6、Drive APQP activities with customer’s quality group.
7、Verify that deliverables’ content is aligned with the expectations of the organization. (Health checks/audits)
8、Implementation of the Traceability strategy.
9、Support problem solving and lessons learned for product design-related field failures.


Key Competencies
1. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or Electronics or Automotive, etc.
2. Over 8~10 years’ service experience for Quality/Design/ Manufacture related jobs in Semi-conductor industrial suppliers. At least 6 years’ experience in quality.
3. Familiar with semiconductor manufacturing process and failure analysis.
4. Familiar with 8D, problem solving , 5why, FTA tools.
5. IATF16949, VDA6.3, VDA6.5, 5 major quality tools, CSR, PFMEA, Control Plan.
6. Excellent communication and negotiation skill.
7. Advanced written and oral communication skills in English.
