61 Prepare and conduct customer interviews 61 Analyze and understand customer needs 61 Write detailed user stories and product requirements 61 Manage product development process including capturing level of effort and tracking of deliverables within each development sprint and the overall development cycle 61 Work with the design team and engineering throughout product development to prioritize customer needs, defined features & functionality, achieve product quality standards and deliver the new product 61 Review and actively participate in design cycles for the product 61 Review and respond to inbound product management activities such as customer enhancement requests, bugs or other product-related customer and engineering issues 61 Analyze metrics and user feedback to derive insights on user trends and behavior 61 Responsible for setting the expectations for their team members, and constantly re-aligning with their team through one on one’s and constant communication
Requirements:
61 3~5 years experience as an enterprise Product Manager 61 Excellent communication skills (written and oral) 61 Demonstrate good Project Management and Time Management Skills 61 Ability to work closely with engineering, product design, and product marketing 61 Experience in enterprise / engineering / operations software product management 61 Knowledge and Experience with PLM, QMS, and/ or related enterprise software is a plus 61 Experience in cloud software offering is a plus
