85 Build and maintain a sustainable supplier ecosystem, including qualification, performance evaluation, and risk mitigation.

85 Negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms (price, quality, delivery).
主导合同谈判，确保最优条款（价格、质量、交付）。

Cross-functional Collaboration 跨部门协作
85 Partner with R&D, QA, and production teams to align sourcing plans with product development.
协同研发、质量及生产部门，确保采购/外协计划与产品开发一致。
85 Drive supplier innovation to support new product launches.

Risk Management 风险管理
85 Monitor geopolitical, economic, and supply chain risks, developing contingency plans.
监控地缘政治、经济及供应链风险，制定应急预案。

资质要求：
85 Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering. 供应链、商科或工程学本科。
85 Experience in Precision Silicone Rubber (Compression/Liquid Silicone Injection Molding) , plastics mechanical products or related consumption products. 具备精密硅橡胶（油压成型、注塑成型、液态硅胶成型等）、塑料制品或相关组件经验。
85 8+ years in strategic sourcing/procurement. 8年以上战略采购经验。
85 Proven success in supplier development and cost optimization. 具备供应商开发本优化成功案例。
85 Expertise in market analysis and contract negotiation. 精通市场分析及合同谈判。
85 Strong data-driven decision-making and stakeholder management abilities.出色的数据驱动决策能力及跨部门协调能力。
85 Fluent in English and Mandarin is preferred. 中英文流利者优先。
