General Purpose of the Position: 1.Manage company training system to align with business and people development needs, which covering training policies, procedures, training plan, effectiveness assessment, internal soft skill training delivery and training record maintenance, etc.
Major Responsibilities: 1.Responsible for establishing, strengthening, and implementing training and people development program to ensure our People Strategy and to support the growth of the company 2.Establishing training policy, procedures and maintain related documentation and record 3.Collaborate with customers to identify functional specific training and development needs, work on Training Needs Analysis and annual training plan 4.Training plan execution and evaluation 5.Manage and participate in the development of classes, handbooks, manuals, course outlines, and other materials 6.Identification of external vendor and delivery of internal soft skill training courses 7.Training feedback analysis and effectiveness assessment 8.Create and maintain an environment that promotes exceptional customer service, teamwork, accountability and continuous improvement
Skills and Abilities/Qualification: 1.Bachelor's degree or above 2.Have a good command of English and Mandarin, both oral and written 3.Strong PC skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint 4.Able to work efficiently with senior managers 5.Mature, independent and strong sense of responsibility 6.Requires an approachable personal style, proactive, effective problem analysis, excellent planning and organization skills 7.Open to learn and good teamwork spirit
