General Purpose of the Position: 80 Manage company training system to align with business and people development needs, which covering training policies, procedures, training plan, effectiveness assessment, internal soft skill training delivery and training record maintenance, etc.
Major Responsibilities: 80 Responsible for establishing, strengthening, and implementing training and people development program to ensure our People Strategy and to support the growth of the company 80 Establishing training policy, procedures and maintain related documentation and record 80 Collaborate with customers to identify functional specific training and development needs, work on Training Needs Analysis and annual training plan 80 Training plan execution and evaluation 80 Manage and participate in the development of classes, handbooks, manuals, course outlines, and other materials 80 Identification of external vendor and delivery of internal soft skill training courses 80 Training feedback analysis and effectiveness assessment 80 Create and maintain an environment that promotes exceptional customer service, teamwork, accountability and continuous improvement
Skills and Abilities/Qualification: 80 Bachelor's degree or above 80 Have a good command of English and Mandarin, both oral and written 80 Strong PC skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint 80 Able to work efficiently with senior managers 80 Mature, independent and strong sense of responsibility 80 Requires an approachable personal style, proactive, effective problem analysis, excellent planning and organization skills 80 Open to learn and good teamwork spirit
Experience: 80 At least 3 years relevant experience in training & development with multi-national companies preferred.
